用途：用于橡膠切條、切紙等。
特點(diǎn)：1、裝有防護(hù)裝置在使用時(shí)安全快捷。
2、上下切割，切料精準(zhǔn)度高，最細(xì)可切至1mm。
3、送料速度可調(diào)，裁斷寬度可調(diào)。
使用說明：
1. 操作時(shí)不要雙層料同時(shí)切，以免燒毀電機(jī)，發(fā)現(xiàn)送料滾筒卷料時(shí)，要及時(shí)關(guān)機(jī)清理，同時(shí)如有雜料在刀口工作部位要及時(shí)清理干凈，清理時(shí)務(wù)必?cái)嚅_電源來電。
2. 原料不能有鐵，石頭等雜物，如發(fā)現(xiàn)要清理干凈，以免損傷刀片。
3. 發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)臺(tái)有異聲，要停機(jī)檢查，鏈條皮帶松動(dòng)要及時(shí)調(diào)整，螺絲松動(dòng)要及時(shí)緊固
4. 機(jī)臺(tái)工作時(shí)，手一定不要伸進(jìn)里邊，如有問題，一定要停機(jī)解決。
5. 手搖加油泵一個(gè)星期一次，每次壓兩下；腳踏板要輕踩輕放，以免兩頭軸心變位。
6. 如時(shí)間長，發(fā)現(xiàn)料切不斷①調(diào)整刀口間隙②修整刀口，檢查刀口是否有損壞，如有損壞要及時(shí)修整。
7. 易損件部位要保持油路暢通潤滑。
8. 兩端彈簧調(diào)整不能壓得太緊，以免滾卷料，新機(jī)臺(tái)用少量粉撒在卷筒上，以免卷料。

1. when operating, do not cut the materials in double-deck at the same time
so as not to make the MOTOR too hot and broken. If the Material-sending Roller can not run smoothly, please close it at once; and meanwhile, if there are odds and ends at the knife edge, please claen up on time. Do stop the power when cleaning.
2. There should not be iron and stone inthe materials; if there are, put them
out at once, so as not to make the blade damaged.
3. If there is unusual voice, stop at once and check. Adjust the chain and screw if they are loose.
4. Do stop themachine when there is problem. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.
5.Add oil under each of two (once a week ) , tread &put the pedal gently to avoid both sides of the axis deflection .
6. After working a long time and the machine can not cut materials, you should adjust the knife and check whether trhe knife blade is damaged, if so, repair it in time.
7.The wearing parts must be keep smooth & lubrication .
8. Do not press the springs at each side to heavily to avoid the material-sending machine can not
send material smoothly, which can also be avoided if proper amount of powder are added to the Roller of a new machine.
