SX-GF干粉槽
外型尺寸：(L*W*H）1570*1500*950(mm)
用途：透明膠鞋底、牛筋鞋底專用。
特點：防止透明膠鞋底、牛筋鞋底人工掃粉氣泡、裂口問題，大大提高效率及鞋底品質。一般用于開煉機出片后過粉。
1、 膠片一定要平整進入，以免影響膠片粉過多而增大阻力。
2、 膠片如兩邊跑動，請調整膠輥兩端彈簧壓力一致。
3、 膠片過粉不均勻，請調整毛刷間距。
4、 毛刷工作時旋轉不正常，請檢查鏈條松緊情況，齒輪是否損壞。
Purpose：used in transparent rubber & cowhells rubber .
Specialty:To prevent bubbles, cracks problem when artificial sweep powder,improved the efficiency & quality of sole.in generally,it used for the piece after opening mixing machine.
The using direction of this machine:
1. The rubber slices must be consistent and the rubber slices should enter in the same level.,avoid the powder affect the rubber’s feed rate.
2. if the rubber running between the two sides ,do adjust the spring two sides, to make the same tension.
3. if the rubber can not through the powder same,do adjust the gap of hairbrush.
4. if the hairbrush can not rotate formal ,check the chain tightly or not,if gear damaged.
