結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
效率高：采用特制鋼管制成加熱板，熱傳遞面積大.加熱快，冷卻快.與同類產(chǎn)品相比效率高20%。
省耗材：型腔鋼板經(jīng)過磨加工，平整光亮，能省脫模劑.
省蒸汽：機(jī)臺(tái)采用保溫設(shè)計(jì)，在機(jī)臺(tái)四周形成一個(gè)隔熱罩.從而 節(jié)省蒸汽。
本設(shè)備可PLC全自動(dòng)控制，按生產(chǎn)工藝要求，輸入水、汽、氣工 作時(shí)間自動(dòng)完成一個(gè)工作周期.
STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS
High efficiency: The heating plate made from special steel, it is featured as big heat transfer area, quick heating, rapid cooling, and efficiency compared to similar products by 20%.
Saving supplies: The cavity plate after grinding, smooth and bright, it can save release agents.
Saving steam: the machine uses thermal design, it forms a heat shield around the machine to save steam.
The device made from PLC automatic control, according to the production process requirements, it enters the working time of water, steam and gas to complete a work cycle automatically.
適用范圍：
EVA、PE, PVC高倍率發(fā)泡成型.發(fā)泡倍率25 ~ 45倍.
