單彎自動靴面定型機

1.本機適用于各式鞋面之腳背翹度定型，對于超大面積超厚之鞋面亦能操作自如。
2.整形上壓刀采用二段式行進，操作安全，鞋面中心定位準確。
3.本機可視鞋面面積大小調(diào)整所需行程深度，依材質(zhì)特性調(diào)整所霈承受壓力，下料速度、定型時間、定型溫度、下刀頂料壓力，使鞋面定型翹度更加完美。
4.本機可視鞋面翹度角度簡易更換刀模，使鞋面翹度與楦頭翹度一致，減少損耗。
5.用帶微調(diào)的氣缸，可以調(diào)整兩側板的距離，排除靴面的皺折，破裂等現(xiàn)象，以達到靴面定型最佳效果。
6.使用雙彎式靴面定型機使高靴子鞋面曲度整出雙翹度定型效果更佳，使翹度切實吻合紙格。
