用 途:
本機為通用型起毛機，適用于棉、毛、化纖和各類
機織，針織物的表面起毛。
Application:
This machine is a universal raising machine.
It is sultable for surface raising of various
kinds of kintting and weavlng fabrlcs of
cotton,woollen,chemkal fibre.
性能特點：
1、機電一體化程度高，采用觸摸屏、PLC、多臺變頻器、實現(xiàn)傳動控制。
2、布速、織物張力、起毛輥轉速可在大范圍內實現(xiàn)無級變速。
3、織物在錫林上的張力可由前導布輥和中導布輥兩處調節(jié)，實現(xiàn)多點式起毛。
4、起毛輥傳動采用氣動張緊，張力恒定、可調。
5、能夠儲存多條起毛工藝參數(shù)。
6、具有故障報警和故障診斷功能。
7、具有多臺聯(lián)機和起剪聯(lián)合等機型，各機臺間能實現(xiàn)織物張力同步隨動。

adjusted or be kept at a constant.
