１、本線為高速度，高效率自動(dòng)活化膠水生產(chǎn)線，烘干機(jī)選用溫度控制單元，可設(shè)定多種作業(yè)機(jī)組，并修訂各項(xiàng)作業(yè)狀態(tài)。
２、處理藥水烘干，第一次膠水烘干，第二次膠水烘干及活化，此系統(tǒng)亦用于水性膠，另有快速輸送機(jī)，使鞋子能快速運(yùn)至貼合壓底處，按人體工學(xué)原理，采上層輸送大底，下層輸送結(jié)幫成型的鞋子，使作業(yè)員工體能消耗減少，生產(chǎn)效率增加。
３、特殊設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)整輸送置物架，適用于各種尺寸鞋型。
４、加熱系統(tǒng)采用特殊風(fēng)管設(shè)計(jì)，加熱快速，熱能回收，節(jié)省電力。
５、特殊排氣裝置，可將烘箱內(nèi)水氣及廢氣排除。
６、配備瞬間加熱裝置，可使中、后段烘箱自動(dòng)活化膠水。
