材料特性

應(yīng)用范圍

適用于高檔皮鞋，女鞋，高檔運動鞋之前襯，后套。

操作方法

在放入鞋幫和鞋襯之前，可將其進行預(yù)熱,也可不經(jīng)預(yù)熱直接將其放入鞋幫和鞋襯之間。

1、經(jīng)過預(yù)熱的使用方法

可以用帶有特福隆70到80度的加熱盤對材料進行預(yù)熱，這樣做可以比較好的控制其溫度。

（也可以使用其他方法加熱，如烤箱，燈，和熱蒸氣。）

受預(yù)熱的材料會迅速軟化，由于表面特殊的粘膠不粘手，所以操作人員會很容易的將材料插入鞋幫和鞋襯之間，然后可用機器將趾跟進行定型。

參考標準工作環(huán)境：

根據(jù)所用鞋襯和鞋幫類型的不同（天然的或是合成的）溫度介于100到130度之間，貼合時間是10到15秒（溫度高時間就稍短些）。

2、未經(jīng)過預(yù)熱的使用方法

將材料放入鞋幫與鞋襯之間，然后用機器對其進行定型。

參考標準工作環(huán)境：

根據(jù)鞋襯和鞋幫的不同（天然的或是合成）溫度介于140到150度之間，貼合時間是18到22秒（溫度高時間就稍短些）。

如用上述之擁有冷熱兩種功能的特殊機器對材料進行冷卻定型，效果更佳。

Material Characteristic

Relion is an innovative thermoplastic counter, produced by coextruding special copolymers, having exceptional mechanical features. It fits to all shoes requiring high resiliency and very long-lasting shape retention character. Flection resistance, 100% environmental friendly.

Application

Applicable to the front liner and counter of top grade leather shoes, lady shoes and sports shoes.

Processing

Pre-heating the material before inserting it between lining and upper or directly inserting the cold material between lining and upper can use Relion.

1.      Way of using with pre-heating

◆ The counter is pre-heated at 70c-80c by a heating plate Teflon coated, that allows an ideal tempeature control. Other heat sources can also be used, such as ovens, lamps, hot steam.

◆ The pre-heated counter softens very quickly. As the special adhesive does not stick the fingers, the operator can easliy insert the counter between upper and lining manually. Then the counter is moulded and stuck by the moulding machine.

◆ Advisable standard working conditions: From 100c to 130c according to the type of lining and upper used (natural or synthetic). The contact time is from 10 to 15s (higher temperature allows shorter contact time)

2.      Way of using without pre-heating.

◆    The counter is put between upper and lining, and then moulded by the special moulding machine.

◆    Advisable standard working conditions: From 140c to 150c according to the type lining and upper used (natural or synthetic). The contact time is from 18 to 22s (higher temperature allows shorter time).

Ps: the following cold stabilization (given by the above mentioned special machine,with two stations) gives a very moulded counter..

The thickness is from 0.6-1.2mm, and the products are packed in slice.
