用途：本機(jī)用于制鞋大底、各種圍條、壓修補(bǔ)前的膠片擠出，與SX-912-1，SX-9136拼條機(jī)配套使用。

Purpose：The machine is applied to making large soles,belts,extruding rubber sheets before rolling and can coordinate with the belt-sticking machines SX-913-1 and SX-9136.

注意事項(xiàng)：

①保持回收料的清潔衛(wèi)生，避免螺桿筒表面受傷

②定時(shí)加黃油機(jī)油

③螺桿空轉(zhuǎn)不超十分鐘

本機(jī)特點(diǎn)：

①為提高品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性，增加冰水桶，適應(yīng)不同膠料（如牛根色，透明料等）操作流程，也同時(shí)減少了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)塵灰量，提高工作環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。

②螺桿材質(zhì)采用雙合金氨化處理，并配用進(jìn)口油環(huán)的減速機(jī)和進(jìn)口接觸器。

③齒輪、鍋套用優(yōu)質(zhì)的材質(zhì)制成，按鈕和變頻均用品牌產(chǎn)品。

NOTE:

1.Keep clean to the recovered material , to avoid damaging the surface of the screw tube .

2.Add grease and machine oil regularly.

3.The screwstem should not be spinned for more than ten minutes.

SPECITALITY:

1.In order to improve the stability of quality of products,an iced water tank is added ,which can be suitable to many kinds of rubber material(eg.Bovine muscle bottom and transparent material etc.)and process.Meanwhile, it reduce the dust on site and improve the environment quality in workshop.

2.The screwstem is made of double alloy nitriding processing material ,attached speed reducer with imported oil rings,and imported contactors.

3.Gears and cylinder liner are made of premium grade material . Buttons and frequency converters are all brand products.
